Dussehra

Dussehra marks the victory of good over evil. Kids of our school celebrated dussehra with full enthusiasm. They were asked to get dressesd in traditional outfits, girls in ghagra choli and boys in dandiya dress. The festival was marked by burning of an effigy of ravana with ten heads. Children were provided with the information that “NO MATTER HOW INTELLIGENT A PERSON IS, HIS PRIDE IS THE REASON OF HIS DOWNFALL”. Children did garba on trendy tunes with their dance teacher with beautifully decorated dandiyas. Ravana popsicle was given to them as takeaways.
